Still 248. Didn't lose, didn't gain. I missed lunch
yesterday because of meetings, and I ate a little more for dinner than
I usually do. I didn't ride the exercise bike after walking my
dogs though. I'm starting to think it's not really about how much
or what I eat, it's about the amount of exercise I get. I was
planning to mow the lawn last night which would have been quite a bit
of exercise, but as I rolled the lawnmower out of the garage big drops
of rain started coming down. Everytime I walked through the
kitchen last night I wanted to snack. I know there's a big bag of
chips in the cabinet and there's my string cheese and celery sticks in
the fridge. Luckily I made the healthy choice each time.
